Spain has long been a stronghold of the Roman Catholic Church and it wasn’t until 1980, following the death of dictator Francisco Franco, that Spaniards had religious freedom. Today, a culture of nominal Catholicism pervades Spain with over 68% of the population identifying as Catholic. Berea Seminary is strengthening evangelical churches and training more men to faithfully preach the true gospel across Spain.

TODAY, PRAY FOR

• The gospel of salvation by faith alone to penetrate through the errant Catholic religion of works.
• Berea Seminary as it seeks to expand its teaching sites to meet the growing desire for training.
• Local churches across Spain, that their members would be faithful to live out and preach the gospel.
