Episode Transcription

Italy’s capital city, Rome, played a prominent role in the New Testament, being the location of Paul’s imprisonment and later Peter and Paul’s martyrdom. Today, though most Italians identify with the Catholic church, the gospel message has been buried under centuries of traditions and error. Italian Theological Academy is training a generation of pastors to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ across this difficult country.

TODAY, PRAY FOR

• The country of Italy, that God would save many people who are deceived by the Catholic church.
• Local churches across Italy, that they would have a strong gospel witness among their unbelieving community.
• God to raise up many men to model biblical preaching and shepherding among the young Italian churches.
